320 gr Rigatoni pasta (in stock)
500 gr Così com'è Pizzutello sauce (in stock)
50 gr Celery
30 gr Onion
A glass of cooking white wine
80 gr Bacon (in stock)
EVO oil (in stock)
100 gr Pecorino (in stock)
Salt (in stock) and pepper
Chili pepper (in stock)
1. Wash and peel the onion and celery, then cut the bacon into strips;
2. Prepare a sauté with the onion, celery and bacon;
3. Deglaze with the white wine, then add the pizzutello sauce and mix them together;
4. Cook the pasta and stir in the pecorino and chilli pepper;
...now the dish is ready to be enjoyed in all its deliciuosness. Buon appetito!
