The passion for agriculture, respect for biodiversity and the environment, led us to realize the project "La Sbecciatrice". The farm was born in Villa Santa Croce in the municipality of Piana di Monte Verna (CE) and deals with the cultivation, processing and sale of vegetables. The project is driven by a strong sense of belonging to its territory and by a correct idea of ​​sustainable development that considers the environment as a resource to be protected.

La Sbecciatrice is the result of long studies and interactions with the "old farmers" of the place, to learn, understand and adapt the traditional techniques of the past, respecting the times and rhythms of the earth.
